Always good, if you can, to get a second estimate on a high paying job. Is that a dealer price? If so, you can always save a bunch by going to a trusted mechanic.
Without knowing more about your driving habits, modifications that you or previous owner have done, it's hard to say if that's your real problem but there's been owners here complaining about changing bearings at 25K.
