No bus means that the CCD bud is not working. Could be a fuse, a wire issue or a computer issue. The turn the key 3 times trick will probably not work because of no bus communication. You are going to need either a Chrysler DRB3 scan tool or a good aftermarket scan tool. You'll have to check which modules are communicating on the bus, if any and then go from there.
