Re: painted bumpers
Chrysler decided to paint the bumpers in 2003 and on. Prior to that, with the tape that was used left a residue and if you look at 01 & 02's you'll see a mark close to the body. Hard to cover by your self, at one time it was a warranty repair. I haven't heard of anyone lately who has had it done using warranty.
