You should be able to buy a pressurized can of fuel cleaner at any auto store. The connector to the PT fuel rail is at the end of the rail. The rail is located in the back of the engine but towards the top next to the valve cover.
Read the instructions on the can carefully.
That's just how to connect it. I'm not telling you to do it, or not to do it.
