I use on my stage 0 GT the NGK LZTR4A-11.
The NGK 4306 is LZTR5A-13, which is a little colder "5", than the "4" I use. The difference seems to be neglectable.
The advantage of the LZTR4A-11 is the gap: You don't have to gap for a S0 GT it because "-11" says 1.1Millimeters, which is .035", while "-13" (=1.3Millimeters) is .052".
0.052" sometimes makes hesitations and misfires on my GT.
