Sorry Gary, looks like nobody wants to chime in.

When you did the timing belt and water pump did you have the mechanic check the serpentine belt, tensioner and alternator belt? Those are all things that should be looked at and probably changed along with the timing belt because the the wear and tear of that many miles.

There's no reason why the PT, turbo or not, shouldn't go another 100,000 miles if maintenance, including flushes for the transaxle (if it's automatic) is kept up.

The front end suspension including bushings, hubs and bearing on both sides should also be checked out periodically.
