First of all, sorry for the late answer. I was out of town for the long week-end (thanksgiving here in Canada).
Fortunatly, I didn't have to modify the vent hose underneath.
As far as I'm concerned, every 2005 PTs and before should be similar. I don't know for the 2006 and up.
Crutchfield are...wrong this time!
Ask them to send you the same wire harness than the front door speakers since the dash speakers use the same connectors.
I also suggest that you use the bass filter supplied with those speakers to cut some bass. This will help to prevent some speakers blow-out.
For the Dremel...what can I say...with the good angle and the right ammount of talent, you'd be surprised by what you can do!
