I used a HOme depot spring. YOu can also use a spring from a carburator. The stiffer the spring the better.
As for the water on the FMIC, you cant use that on the track, its dangerious for the other guys who run behind you. COmpressed air or CO2 will work with a perferated tube going around the FMIC.
