Based on this Chrysler PT Cruiser superchargers and turbochargers looks like there are a couple of manufacturers.
AGP Turbochargers, Inc. :: PT Cruiser GT T3/T04 Turbocharger Upgrade Kit There's another.
Try your google-fu. I'm sure there's other stuff out there.
