If you look on UKCruisers, there are lots of reports of suspension rubber "bushes" (I guess anything Bush whould be a clue at failure...) they call them (here it's bushings) that repair shops say need replacing. There is no similar high failure rate of them here...
Timing belt is major item at 90-100,000 miles.
I assume it's a manual, if it's an auto, be sure and have the transimssion fluid changed and be sure they use only ATF + 4.
If you can have it done, I'd have a mechanic look it over & do a compression check.
