If that is your problem, and it's hard to exactly pinpoint it right now, and you need your PT for transportation now, then yes, you'll have to have it towed to a garage to find out exactly what's wrong.
If it's turning over slowly you may just need a jump from a fresh battery to get enough juice/power to turn it over fast enough to start.
