Ok but if that is truly the case then look at it this way

The water or coolant in the radiator gets hot--is that correct???

That same water/coolant is what runs through the heater core---????

if that water is at operating temp close to like 190degrees---then the heater core HAS to get hot if in fact there really is a good flow through the core.

Now if all this is true then the air that blows over the core has to be hot it is just that simple

if you are saying it is not then some how the core is not heating up

and if it is not heating up then there has to be a blockage some place be it air or whatever

So if all this is true and you have no heat then the core can not be getting hot

or the fan is not blowing over the core to send the heat into the cabin

maybe the flow you see is not going through the heater core????

I may have missed something but the way it seems is if the water gets hot, the core gets hot, the air gets hot, the car gets hot......................
