Did a search but couldn't find what I'm looking for and am hoping someone will shed some light on my question. Is the drain plug on the radiator supposed to come all the way out? Or does it simply open enough to drain the radiator? The '02 Cruiser is a new addition to the garage and I'm still learning about it. And, by the way, this is my first posting as I am also new here.
