You don't need to regap when you use the MSD wires. Bosch +2's aren't gappable. Just put them in.

No power difference with an intake.

Stock is 150. 200 hp would not be easy. You can spend money to try and get more hp, but the gains won't be worth the money. If you really want power then go with a turbo lite or GT PT.
