The stock GT has a surge valve. The best and cheapest performance mod you can get right now is the Diablsport Predator.

Cheaper and more power than Mopar's Stage 1, especially for an '03 GT. What's great is as you add power mods you can get a canned tune specifically for the power mods you have.
