The tranny mount is on the driver side. You get to it through the wheelwell. Here is the PT manual.

Seriously doubt you broke a tranny mount. The motor mounts on the pass side are extremely weak and have a history of breaking. When replacing use the Neon SRT-4 mounts as they will fit and are a lot stronger.
