Prevention!
I've the 3M protective film, Xpel, that not only protects from UV damage...it's is 40 mil and protects from small rocks damage up to 120mph. Same stuff they use on our troops protective eye glasses.
Almost 3 years on soonercruiser, and still looks brand new. Headlight only kit was around $40.
