Actually I got mine off of ebay for $89.00 inc shipin
I have had no problems with them whatsoever............I didn't need no relays or anything else; the install was "plug n play"
Mabey you got bad ballasts or even the bulbs...I am just guessing though. As for the relays...check out ebay...
