Regarding the dealer being able to flash over the new PCM settings:
From what I read in the SRT-4 forums, that will not be possible for a while, at least. The configuration is different than what they have now. That's why we have to supply them with the VIN and ODO numbers, so that their ONE supplier can properly setup the new PCM to work with each individual's car.
I agree, that at some point, most, if not all dealers will eventually have an upgraded/new ability to reflash the new PCMs so we will have to be wary of that in the future.
