Well, no, the PT should actually run better when it's warm, it just doesn't like it HOT. The 02 sensors don't start working until the engine warms up so that could be a problem. What mileage do you have and when was the last time plugs and wires were changed? One thing at a time, if the fan's not running with the A/C on, one speed is burnt out. I've heard you can buy just the motor and not the whole housing but it all has to come out of the car anyway. If your handy, the right tools, about 2 hours work.
