with the way the verts windows lay against the weather stripping on the top I would imagine you'll get a drip if you put the window down even a little. In the same way the door breaks the window seal when it "scoots" the window down when you first touch the door handle, even that little would be enough for wind to blow water up the "A" pillar off the windshield and into the interior. I would opt for leaving the window all the way up and turning on the dash vents.
I think even if you lowered the back windows for ventilation it would still allow water inside.
