I am not 100% sure but figure he either was looking for someone on here who spoke Russian, or trying to find a PT Site in Russia. I just told him that their wasn't anyone really fluent in Russian on this Forum and told him about that pic you were talking about in Red Square, and then redirected him to the Russian PT Cruiser Club Forums.
