You can go to PT.Crew but they are mostly interested in speed.

If both the turn signals AND emergency flasher aren't working, it could be the flasher unit that's attached to the multi-function switch. You said you changed the "multidirectional controller" and that might be the same thing I just mentioned but when you do change it, the flasher must be taken from the old switch and placed on the new one. They don't come with the new switch. If you did change it over, you might have just changed over a bad flasher over to the new switch.
