Cool glad we got that cleared up what panel you were looking for. But pulling the wheel or not pulling it, gets answered pretty quickly. Either your paws fit or they don't. I know on my N/A I can swap bulbs out, my GT NO WAY. I run way to fat a tire on the 17's.. It looks good though
