The sem products work really well,you can find them at an automotive paint supply store. Most people dont spend enough time on the prep and most people are not the best at masking .Take your time to triple check your masking so it doesnt look like a back yard job.Lastly too much build up of paint is not a good thing in this case.Just try to get it even and allow time to dry between coats and you should be able to fix your bumpers for under 50 bucks includeing a plastic drop cloth to prevent over spray from getting on the rest of the car.good luck and keep on cruizin,Ray.
