Thanks for the feedback.

Great PT Forum. I did search for most of what Crewzin provided regarding Error Codes before I posted my questions.

And thanks for the heads-ups on the private repairs shops.

Just around the corner Kelly’s Auto in Costa Mesa ran the tests for $70.00 with repair credit going toward parts.

A further diagnosis with the computer was showing a P0605.

Basically the TCM took a dump and needs to be replaced. Thank god the tranny is still sound. It was replaced at 64K, and we now have 110,500. I should be back on the road for under $500.00.

Now if I can just stop that squeaking in the belt area!
