Accessory outlet adapter uses a center tip that is +12v and the side contacts are ground. I have blue neons under the dash, back seats and in the upper position package shelf holder. All came with the adapter which I immediately cut off and wired through a fuse and separate switch. I have a number of the acc plugs.
