Well Jared, when you made the personal statement “I knew I screwed up buying a Chrysler and not a VW.” it got me thinking as to why I bought my PT in the first place. Do you remember the Cadillac add that asked the question “When you turn your car on, Does it return the favor?” Well the first time I set in my 05 convertible, boy did it turn me on, it gave me a feeling that I hadn’t had in a lot of years about a car. Right at that moment I decided that this little car was a keeper, something to pass down to my son, (in about 25 years) by then it will have been an extremely well cared for 30 year daily driver PT Cruiser Convertible Classic. You see Jared I don’t ever plan on buying another car because of the feeling I get every time I get in my PT. Jared I am wondering if you wouldn’t mind sharing what got you to purchase your PT and not the VW? If anyone else would like to share the reason they got a PT I think we would all Love to hear it.
