This is how to dry your PT.
Try it. You'll be glad you did.
1. After you wash, remove the nozzle and "flood" the surface with a steady stream. This will cause the water to "sheet" rather than bead. This alone will cut your drying time in half.
2. Use a BLOWER to blow off as much water as possible. The one in the picture cost $20 at Schucks. A leaf blower works well too although this one has a rubber snout to protect from scratches. It works great for the grill and door jams. Don't you hate it when that water runs out of the cracks all over your dried car the first time you drive it? Not anymore if you invest in one of these!
3. Finish drying with a microfiber towel. If you don't have some of these, GET SOME NOW. I also have a large waffle style microfiber towel that works great.
These are my tips for drying your PT. If anyone else has anything to add, we can all learn from your experience. I hope this helps everyone.
