Default Candyman ... or anyone else ... thoughts?

Alright, so according to Virginia State law any light beyond the required / allowed lights to drive the vehicle while the vehicle is in motion is illegal.

That said, here's what I'm thinking, just for shits:

1) Red underglow on the tail only, activated ONLY when the brakes are pressed.
2) Short tube amber in the front sides under the side markers, only on when side markers are on.
3) White underglow on the front, only when high beams or fog lamps are lit.

It falls into the required colors, positions, and timed to only activate when allowed to under normal light laws.

Just something I'm bantering around ... am gonna put it in front of a local county sheriff once I've solidified the thought process and see if it flies (beer buddy).
