In other words (I think) pttuning is looking for someone to buy parts here in the U.S and send them to Russia and somehow he will pay for the parts plus shipping. I don't know where the "I shall mourn" part comes into play or what's in it for either party unless he's going to charge a lot more for the parts and split it between you and him.
Anybosy want to take him up on the deal. Sorry, I already declined the offer.
