Re: 02 PT needs struts or brngs ?
1. If your hearing noise when you turn, your bearing are probably shot. Do both wheels not just one.
2. At 128K both the struts and shocks (in the rear) need replacing. You'd be surprised how much better your ride will be when you do it.
