Default Which sub?

I just got finished installing two sets of Polk Audio db6501 today. They are powered by a Sony Xplod 60x4 amp (this amp will be replaced eventually, but got it for free from a friend to get started).

Anyway, now I'm looking to fill in the low end and wanted to see if anyone had any experience/opinions on these JL Audio enclosures I was thinking of getting.

http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/CompareTo.aspx?g=510&cc=01&compareItems=01|136S110 R33&compareItems=01|136S210R12

Was not sure if the quality of the one 10" JL Audio w3v3 would be that much better over two w1v2 10" subs or at least comparable. If I go with the w3v3, I'm currently looking at getting the MTX 1000XD amp to power them (MTX 1000XD X Thunder mono subwoofer amplifier — 1,000 watts RMS x 1 at 2 ohms at Crutchfield.com). I have not decided on an amp yet if I were to go with the w1v2's since the 1000XD at 2-ohm's would be too much for them. But I would get something which is at the max RMS the speakers could handle since the PT is running at 12V and the advertised watts are usually at 14V, so the wattage would end up being less than advertised.

I used to have two 12w6's in a custom sealed enclosure in my old car which caused me to have to tighten down my rear view mirror often, bolts, etc, but I've kind of grown out of that now So I'm not necessarily looking for real loud, booming bass, just something to fill in the low end for better sound and to be able to hear the full range of audio while driving with the windows down on the highway. Looking for just tight and decently loud bass. I listen to a broad range of music; from rock, country, some pop, etc.

Thanks.
