yep everything is snug and cannot see any unusual wear or shiny spots where parts rub when they travel ever so slightly

So did you reuse the shims you had? If you didn't I will bet there is your noise right there..

Hmmm.. I know with one set of pads and rotors I had, they made noise from the day I installed them til I ripped them out six months later, it was just the combo of a Semi-Cermic pads and upgraded rotors. They just didn't like each other.
