What they are saying is get the smaller rim size (16" would be good) and that way you can increase the sidewall size for a more comfortable ride and still keep the same profile and keep the odometer true. Gotta lot of speed cameras in and around Sydney and probably other areas, too. My wife and I just got back from Richmond in May. My wife's uncle lives in Richmond and her aunt in Wentworthville.
