Yeah it all depends on the cop.
I'm a white male and the one ticket I've gotten (42 in a 35 over 3 years ago) was by a HOT white female...
A couple years prior to that I was pulled over for doing 68 in a 55 by a black male county sheriff and he said "since you have no prior violations I'm going to let you off with a warning."
Both times I was in a red Camaro.
