If hard copy is better, both Haynes and Chilton have a repair manual and for downloading, on the top of the Tech & Performance section of this forum there are repair manuals for all years of the PT.

On your list, you left out the most important fluid change that can be done to the PT if it's an automatic. That's the transaxle fluid change. If you not sure of the history of the car, the transaxle should be flushed. Done only at a shop because you need a machine, it takes approx 16 quarts of ATF+4 fluid and ONLY ATF+4, nothing else. There are several brands that make it.

Power steering = 2001 Mopar power steering fluid or equivalent. 2002 and later Mopar ATF+4 Automatic transmission fluid.

Brake and cluth fluid = DOT Type 3

Engine oil = API Certified for gasoline engines
