Only way you'll beat that price is by buying a used one.
I've bought 1 new and 2 used - NO RUST - they are aluminum.
Bought one new for my '02, moved it to my '05 - it was fine until a deer kissed it, and that probably saved my radiator.
Bought a used replacement and another for my daughter's GT.
One tip - the bottom can be a PITA to put on - get black zip ties and zip tie it to the plastic grill that's there - the vertical bars should be black and you won't see the zip ties unless you're about 2 feet away.
