A while back my car started having rough starts first thing in the morning. Starts after that and in the afternoon/evening were fine. Then I got a code indicating the camshaft sensor was bad. I replaced the sensor and it fixed everything. Now, a few months later, I'm having the same rough starts in the morning and after long periods of rest. If I crank it normally first thing in the morning, it barely wants to start and takes a second or two to catch up. I have to turn it over once then a second time, it starts with no problem. I'm wondering if the camshaft sensor is about to go bad again or if its another problem. I would hate to think that I'm going to have to replace that sensor every few months. Any ideas?
