Yes it is important to preregister and prepay. This is our fourth time to the RTTB and we have had a great time each time. Red Roof has very nice rooms and that is where everything happens except the judging of the cars. If you go to thier website for the show, you'll find out how many cars from your state are coming. Good bunch of people put the show on.
