I spent around 700 for my hand painted stripes, and these are great. The only downside is you cant get your car machine washed for about 90 days. I would rather hand wash and wax my car anyway. Better for the paint and cheaper.
As for flames on a blue PT, I think just a lighter shade of your color in ghost flames would look very nice.
