I'm not going to try and talk you out of spending your money. After all, it's your money, but who says that the PT won't start just because you have a non-matching thermostat and coolant sensor. That has nothing to do with starting the engine.
Oh, and after you get it all installed, don't expect your cruiser to go flying off down the road any differently than it did before your wallet became lighter.
