I also have a 01 N/A but mine is the 5 speed. Sorry to break it to you but if you have a auto they are dog slow. But the PT is not a fast car any how. Poor aero and weight take care of that. If you want a little more bang for the buck I would start were Crewzin advised make sure everything is up to par. If you have high miles you should see some kind of difference.
