Default Inside Paint Job

Hi

I've decided to take a time out from working on the outside of my car and go for the inside since there is only a couple of things I wanna do. First off I own a 2008 PT Touring Edition. I would like to paint my center console. I want it to match the outside of my car. Which is some color orange and silver. I have a tube and name of paint the shop used for my outside. But where do I go from there?

*Do I use spray paint or a brush?
*How do I get that Console off?
*Any designs floating around out there?
*Time?/Cost?

I want to try and get this done this weekend. It will be raining here in Virginia so I have to fill my day with something.
I've read a cuple of post all the way back to 2007. I couldn't find the detailed one that candyman posted but I know its out there because I've read it before. So if any one can help with those few questions I would appreciate it.
