If your talking to me, there's a limit to the wattage you can put through the wiring harness. You want to stay with everything stock except for the bulbs, your limited. Spend a couple dollars, go to Wal-Mart and pick up a set of Sylvania's and replace the low beams. You'll definitely see a difference from the OEM bulbs.
Other than that, do a search of HID in this forum. It's lot more work and a lot more expensive but they're probably the brightest things on the market.
