she has 2003 pt cruiser classic I think 16" on it now cant member
so then any year neon rims will fit then they are the same 5X100 bolt pattern but what does offset mean I am on tirerack now and neons are +38mm
Cruiser is Offset: +35mm no idea what that means will they still work ?
