I took it out, and being cheap, jury-rigged a brass fitting to replace the sheared plastic - when I put it back together, the fluid shot over the roof and hit the back window! I guess the mass of the brass fitting made the difference. I bent the nozzles down and had good pressure! 
I wipe my windows with rain-x, and hardly use the spritzers...

Very true it would not be wise

to run straight water during a Utah winter, brrr...
I have slowly added more fluid as the reservoir level drops, right now I have about 3/4 fluid to 1/4 water. I didn't want to pull the resevoir out again to dump the water or syphon it out (too lazy). I figured it was summer so no worries.
Just a side note: If anyone is worried about lack of pressure from running both at the same time I have not had any problems.
