Yep, the Antenna, and Antenna Body housing, should be mounted up underneath the fender by a cap nut. Its another one of those things that someone at Chrysler made way too complicated! I had to pull the wheel off, and then pull off the inner fender well to access it.

I did it once to my ride when I was messing around trying to make a home made shorty antenna by heating the little black nipple on top and popping it off, chopping the stock antenna down to 14" and then using a touch of silicon to pop the nipple back on. Worked beautifully, perfect signal, and I got the shorty look without spending a dime!

I think that should do it, but if not, let me know and I will see if I can figure it out for ya.
