Lots of selections at
WoodDash.com, lots of selections made by Sherwood here at
AutoTruckToys.com, and I've actually looked at a couple of these from
CarID.com. There are way too many out there to mention them all here, just Google PT Cruiser wood dash kit and you'll see what I mean.
Most of these do not have the passenger airbag cover. Not sure actually if that's a selection or not as I don't see it in their parts drawing for <'06 models. Hope this helps and good luck!
