I'd say how hard it'll be to remove it will all depend on what KIND of woody you've got:

Is it an aftermarket 'contact-paper' version? (like stuck-on shelf paper, if that makes more sense.) Most of those will also have trim pieces, that are usually held on by something like 3M doublesided tape. Peel off the trim pieces, peel off the contact paper, clean off residual sticky stuff and you're hopefully done.

Mine's aftermarket 3-dimensional ABS plastic panels: they're glued on, which means if I wanted them off, it'd probably mean a total re-paint job as well.

Then there's the OEM versions; I don't know how or even IF those'd come off, but I doubt you have that anyway, since I believe those were only 2004 and up.
